Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This site and its products are operated by Luca Baldestein, Italy (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@becomingjournal.com.
2. What you are buying
All products sold on this site are digital goods — downloadable PDF documents and audio files. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Delivery
Delivery is immediate. After payment you receive access to a personal download page, and an email containing the same link. Download links remain active for thirty days; if yours expires, email us and we will reissue it at no cost.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU)
Because these are digital products supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). In its place we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee that is broader than the statutory right.
5. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and reprint the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, in any form.
6. Not professional advice
These products are journaling and self-reflection tools. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By accepting a one-click post-purchase offer, you authorize us to charge the payment method used for your original order.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of that country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
