The guarantee

Do the days. If nothing shifts in how you see yourself, email us within thirty days of your purchase and we’ll return your money — the full amount, back to the card you paid with, no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to support@becomingjournal.com from the email address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your delivery email. We process refunds through Stripe; the money usually appears back on your card within 5–10 business days.

What it covers

The guarantee applies to everything sold on this site — the journal, the order add-ons, and the audio products — for thirty days from the date of each purchase.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under law. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU 14-day statutory right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU) — our 30-day guarantee is intentionally broader and remains fully available to you.
