Refund Policy

A practical 30-day refund promise. No forms, no hoops.

The guarantee

Try your Becoming product for 30 days. If it is not useful for your situation, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price. You do not need to prove an emotional result, provide screenshots, or defend the request.

How to ask

Write to support@becomingjournal.com from the email address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your delivery email. We process refunds through Stripe; the money usually appears back on your card within 5–10 business days.

What it covers

The guarantee applies to everything sold on this site — the journal, the order add-ons, and the audio products — for thirty days from the date of each purchase.

Paid launch releases

If a checkout clearly identifies a product as being in a paid launch release, you may request a full refund at any time before the complete digital product is delivered. The 30-day promise begins on the complete delivery date shown in your confirmation email.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary promise is in addition to any non-excludable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
